CSCAA is comprised of several generations of people who recognize the impact that YMCA Camp Silver Creek has had not only in their lives, but also in the lives of all of those experience camp and its magic. This multi-generational group includes former campers, staff members, family and friends of Camp Silver Creek. Our mission is to preserve, protect and strengthen YMCA camping programs at Camp Silver Creek.
Every year, members of the Alumni Association volunteer their time to camp related activities. Our annual Work Party is held annually each June at camp and we work to complete improvement and maintenance projects in advance of the kids’ arrival for the summer. Our primary fundraiser is our annual Golf Tournament, also held in June, which is a great opportunity to connect with old friends and help raise money to fund camperships. CSCAA is about maintaining a bridge between the past, the present, and the future to ensure others can experience the same memories that drive the alumni members back year after year after year.
