The Y is also a place for you to learn and build skills that help you lead a healthy lifestyle. The opportunity to meet one-on-one with a fitness coach is part of every membership. We want to help you learn how to improve your health, and make sustainable changes to your lifestyle. You’ll find the support you need at the Y.

In addition, our FREEĀ Get Started beginner fitness classes teach you the basics of exercise, nutrition, and stress management. At the end of the six week session, you’ll graduate with the knowledge you need to keep active, and feel empowered by your accomplishments.
