New Year - New Exercise Classes
To kick off 2010 and your new routine, your YMCA has launched the following new classes:
Jump Start
Tuesday/Thursday at 6:30 a.m. in the Gym with Suzi
A fun, 45 minute jump-rope workout for all levels of fitness. Ropes provided.
Silver & Fit
Tuesday /Thursday at 10:30 a.m. in the Anderson Room with Mary C.
Back and better than ever, Silver & Fit is perfect for seniors and anyone new to exercise. This 30 minute class focuses on controlled motion strength training and agility.
Zumba
Saturdays at 10:30 a.m. in the Anderson Room with Amber
The same great class at a new time!
Boot Camp
Monday/Wednesday/Friday at 6:30 a.m. in the Anderson Room with Tina
Wake up that body and break out of your routine in this intense small-group training class. Sessions run approximately every 6 weeks.
$120 members / $160 non-members
